Respiratory diseases can occur in all seasons, but their occurrence is characterised by a developed seasonality – diseases with an increase in viral etiology sharply in September-October. The disease peaks in February-March and subsides during the summer months. Infectious diseases of the respiratory tract are caused by more than two hundred viruses that enter the body mainly through the upper respiratory tract. More often, it is a corona, flu, or RS virus.
