We offer various health check-up panels, analyses and consultations with a laboratory doctor for health-conscious private clients and companies. |SYNLAB Cares programme|SYNLAB Cares is a framework programme that encompasses significant issues related to environmental protection, societal impact and our reliability as a business partner. The SYNLAB Cares programme is structured into three sub-topics: |~SYNLAB Green~

Green SYNLAB assembles projects related to environmental management, climate change or waste management (e.g. the switch to green energy, recycling at SYNLAB, gas-powered logistics vehicles, swapping light bulbs with LED bulbs, implementing an environmental standard at SYNLAB).

;~SYNLAB Citizenship~

Citizenship SYNLAB deals with business ethics, tax transparency and supply chain optimisation projects (e.g. data protection continuation project, internal tax audit process as well as modernising the supplier selection and contract signing processes).

;~SYNLAB Care~

SYNLAB Care sub-topics include projects related to occupational health and safety, diversity and equality, employee engagement and well-being, research and innovation as well as societal impact (e.g. employee mobility and mental health programmes, sponsored projects, laboratory accreditation and the establishment of a research and development plan)
