[[instructionDetailTag|3|STEP|Move the tampon back and forth in the rectum, rubbing it against the inner surface of the rectum.|#|]]

[[instructionDetailTag|5|STEP|Write your name and the date and time the sample wash collected on the tube.|#|]]
